By accessing or using RegCamp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including camp administrators, staff members, and parents or guardians.

2. Service Description

RegCamp is a software platform designed to help camp organizations manage registrations, staff credentials, and camper management. Features include custom registration forms, camper management, staff certification tracking, and a parent portal.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

4. Organization Responsibilities

Camp organizations using RegCamp are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consents from participants and their guardians
• Complying with applicable laws regarding the collection of children's data
• Ensuring staff are appropriately qualified and credentialed
• Maintaining the accuracy of information entered into the platform
• Securing their administrator accounts with strong passwords

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree that RegCamp may collect and use data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Payments and Billing

If your use of the Service involves a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than managing camp programs

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain data for a reasonable period to allow for export, after which it may be deleted. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegCamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
